On Saturday, February 10th, the 7/8 Academic Team traveled to Caney Valley Public Schools in Ramona, OK for their regional tournament. They took 3rd overall and will now advance to state on April 20th. Pictured are Orion Bentley, Lucas Bettes, Captain Mylee Ferguson, Axel Holden, and Weston Wieneke. This is Mylee, Axel, and Weston's second year in a row to be part of a state qualifying team.
Mrs. Burns couldn't be prouder of her students' hard work! She gives a big shout out to the amazing teachers at Wyandotte for inspiring them. According to her, the students' natural love for learning is the secret behind their success.
