Wyandotte Aviation program is proud to announce that Terry Hembree passed his part 107 remote pilot (drone) exam. In case you are wondering what that means, an FAA Part 107 drone license allows you to sell your aerial drone photos and videos and to charge money for your drone services, like conducting aerial inspections, collecting aerial data, and surveying / mapping areas of land from an aerial perspective.
Terry has completed his 3rd year in aviation and is the very first Wyandotte aviation student to receive a certification. Mr. Siegrist's 2nd semester Course III program prepares students to pass the part 107 exam. Mrs. Morisset and Mr. Siegrist are so proud of Terry for taking the chance on attempting the test. When facing personal doubts, Terry said the quote that motivated him was from Winston Churchill, "Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts."
