Boss’s Day Lunch

In honor of Boss’s Day, the Culinary classes rolled up their sleeves and put their skills to the test by preparing a delicious homemade lunch for staff. The thoughtful menu included cheesy potatoes, baked beans, fresh veggies with dip, and two kinds of apple cobbler — a simple 2-ingredient version and a traditional apple cobbler.

This hands-on experience gave students the opportunity to showcase the cooking techniques they’ve been learning in class, from meal prep and baking to presentation and teamwork. The result? A warm, satisfying meal that left staff feeling appreciated and full!

Kudos to our hardworking Culinary students for using their talents to bring people together — and for showing that food truly is a great way to say “thank you."
