Trenton Cole and Elijah Dees, seniors at Wyandotte High School earned their Drone Licenses last week!

A Part 107 Drone License — officially the Remote Pilot Certificate — allows you to fly drones commercially in the U.S.

To earn it, you’ll need to:

✔️ Pass the FAA knowledge test at an authorized center

✔️ Be at least 16 years old

✔️ Understand English

✔️ Complete online recurrent training every 24 months

✔️ Register your drones

With Part 107, you can fly for hire and even perform advanced operations (like flying at night or over people) with the right training or waivers.
