Oklahoma High School Aviation State Semi-Finalist

A massive congratulations to the outstanding student aviators from Wyandotte High School and their incredible instructor, Dana Morisset! 🚀👏 This talented team advanced from Regionals to compete at the Oklahoma High School Aviation State Championship — and they finished an impressive 6th place in the entire state! 🏆🔥

And here’s what makes it even more exciting — they were competing against 12 other top teams from across Oklahoma! 💪✈️ The level of competition was high, and these students rose to the challenge in a big way.

The competition format made it even more intense. The team was given some dedicated practice time to prepare, but when it was time to compete, each student had to go in on their own and fly solo. 😮🛫 That takes confidence, skill, focus, and serious courage — and they delivered! The Aviators who flew were:

Axel Holden

Mylee Ferguson

Jack Jones

Oliver Bowman

Jack Brechisen

The Bears from Wyandotte High School showed true determination, teamwork, and grit every step of the way. 🐻💙 Finishing 6th at state against some of the best young aviators in Oklahoma is an incredible accomplishment, and we could not be more proud!

The future of aerospace is in great hands. Keep pushing limits, keep aiming higher, and keep soaring — because the sky is not the limit! 🌤️🚀✨
