Responsibilities:
Direct And Oversee The Building Of A Strong Football Program
Define And Maintain A Clear Vision/High Expectations For The Football Program
Leader Of Coaching Staff For Program Development
Direct Player Development, Team Development, Knowledge/Skill Development
Develop Leadership Skills, Positive Self-Image, And Pride Within The Athletes
Implementing WHS Athletic Philosophy Concerning: Attitude, Discipline, Rules, And Academic Standards For Athletes
Promote The Program Within The School And Community
Work Cooperatively With Other Athletic Coaches In Order To Operate A Well-Balanced Athletic Program
Collaborate With The Athletic Director In The Preparation Of Schedules For The Team.
Qualifications:
Extensive Football Experience/Football Coaching Experience
Head Coaching Experience Preferred/Not Mandatory for the Right Candidate
Strong Leadership/Staff Communication Skills
Maintain a High Level of Ethical/Moral Behavior for Staff and Players
