Our SMAC (Students Making a Change) organization packed Christmas shoeboxes. The official shoebox operation delivers the good news of Jesus to children around the world that receives a shoebox. Each box is packed full of toys, school supplies, and personal care items that the kids get to have. Each child that receives a shoebox gets a wow item which was like a doll, stuffed animal, or other toys. They get personal care items, clothing, crafts and activities, and toys. SMAC Christmas Shoeboxes
On Tuesday, November 7th, the Northeast Choral Directors Association held the 2023 Honor Choir performance in Tulsa. Jacey Holcomb and Archer Huffman represented Wyandotte. There were approximately 115 junior high students in the choir where Huffman performed. The HS choir had 114 students and Jacey Holcomb was part of that group. Forty area schools were represented in the performance that was held at First Baptist Church, downtown Tulsa. Congratulations to both for the excellent job. 1st Round Choir All-state competitions
This event aimed to raise awareness and foster understanding of the difficulties that today's youth must overcome.
